The Department of Biochemistry offers graduate programs leading to M.Sc. and PhD degrees in biochemistry and food science. Supervision is available in the following areas: environmental biochemistry and toxicology; metabolic regulation and nutritional biochemistry; food science; food engineering and marine biotechnology; molecular and cellular biology; and macromolecules, lipids, proteins and glycoproteins. |
