Offered on the Swiss (Bulle) and London campuses, the Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration features management courses, hands-on supervisory experience in operations, and a professional internship in a hospitality related business. The postgraduate curriculum allows mature students to develop the skills and knowledge they need to start a new career in hospitality management, or open their own hospitality business.
The Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management requires an extra semester of courses which are only available on the Bulle campus in Switzerland. This extended program offers students a choice of specializations to develop strategic management skills for the following areas: Human Resources Management, Financial Management and Marketing Management. |
