This degree is accredited for Graduate Basis for Chartering (GBC) with the British Psychological Society and there is a strong focus on employability. Our department offers one of the most diverse psychology teaching curricula in the UK, covering the full spectrum including: cognitive psychology; critical, health and community psychology and both quantitative and qualitative methods. We have built a reputation for delivering challenging and rewarding programmes which have attracted many international students. Departmental staff include practising researchers, counsellors, forensic and community psychologists who all draw on their own expertise to inform their teaching and research.
