The growth of events in the tourism, hospitality and business sectors has led to a demand for graduates with practical know-how and business skills. This course aims to produce graduates with creative and strategic minds equipped to organise a wide variety of events, the first step in becoming an event professional. Whilst developing a broad knowledge of the industry, you will also be able to specialise in specific event sectors via our elective unit system. All of our units have been written in partnership with the events industry and our event partners, ensuring that they are on-trend. Throughout the course there will be opportunities to complete a range of additional industry short courses, volunteer at numerous events and work on live events projects.

Canadian High School diploma holders (Grade 12 graduates) are usually accepted, subject to meeting the minimum entry requirements of the University. Please note that Grade 11 mathematics and English and/or above are usually required for most academic courses. |
