Communications Engineering Technology is an accredited two-year program that trains you to support the design and development of the endless number of devices essential to our lives. With national and international recognition, students graduate with the skills to design, manufacture, install and analyze a variety of communications technologies. The evolution of high-speed communications and mobile devices is creating an increased demand for more features and upgraded systems to handle changing technology and capacity. These changes demand the need for workers trained in the field.
Our program challenges you with a balance of theory and lab work, combined with strong industry support to ensure you receive current training in the fundamentals of the industry. You’ll have the opportunity to choose a career in your area of interest during your second year, bringing specialized focus that emphasizes emerging and deployed wireless technologies.
