The aim of the programme is to develop autonomous reflective practitioners who are engaged in advanced practice within a range of organisational and professional settings. The programme promotes critical appraisal of the theory and application of the relevant professional practice and develops a purposeful and self-directed approach to learning which will result in enhanced professional practice.
