You'll spend a minimum of 24 weeks in a school or early years setting, putting theory into practice. There are 250 schools in our partnership, with 90% of the schools in Gloucestershire taking students on placement. From city to village schools, you'll experience a range of classroom environments. As you progress through the course, you will delve deeper into your specialism of working with Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 pupils and become part of a distinct and rewarding teaching group.
You'll also have opportunities to engage with pupils who speak English as a second language and work in schools for children with special educational needs. You will graduate as a well-rounded teacher ready to inspire young minds.
