The Bachelor of Biomedical Science provides a scientific understanding of the structure and function of the human body and the interrelationships between health and disease. Students develop problem solving skills, and learn how to apply those skills to their chosen discipline. A number of electives are available to enable students to learn about their chosen fields of study from both scientific and health perspectives.
Graduates of this degree may qualify for entry into a range of graduate health professional programs including postgraduate medicine, pharmacy and physiotherapy. |
