Many industries, from science-specific organizations to the business world and non-profit sector, require graduates with scientific expertise. Providence is addressing this need by training students in Biology and Chemistry through their expanded Science offerings.
The Science programming at Providence is designed to equip students with the educational foundation to pursue post-baccalaureate qualifications such as nursing and physiotherapy, provide the training required for professional and business opportunities that require scientific expertise, develop skills and competencies that are central to careers in community and global development, and encourage post-graduate studies. Crucially, what makes studying Science at Providence transformational is the way in which we bring high-quality Science education into conversation with Christian faith and character formation.
