Offered since 1981, the Transitional Employment Program (TEP) is an 11 month program for adults with developmental disabilities. This program includes courses such as financial management, workplace communications, transition to the workplace, consumer skills and workplace relations allowing you to gain skills needed to enter and maintain employment. You will receive faculty support to establish goals, monitor progress and evaluate achievement.
Seventy per cent of the program involves hands-on work experience training on-campus or in the town of Olds, Alberta business community. |
