Dalhousie's CAMPEP (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics) accredited master's program in Medical Physics combines course and research work that builds critical knowledge in the field with hands-on training that prepares students for rewarding careers.
Courses in the program provide students with the medical physics foundations specified within the CAMPEP standards. All required coursework is completed in the first year and students focus on their thesis research in the second year. MSc graduates may go on to pursue PhD degree programs, enter residency training programs in imaging or therapeutic medical physics, or enter the workforce directly.
