Civil engineering technologists play an essential role in this process. They are involved with the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and environmental assessment of infrastructure projects. Projects include highways, streets, bridges, dams and reservoirs, parks, subdivisions, industrial, commercial and residential buildings, water supply and wastewater systems and treatment facilities. |
