This integrated course in Religious Studies and Philosophy develops graduates who will be able to draw on both disciplines in their exploration and analysis of philosophical and religious issues. Thus critical reasoning developed within Philosophy can be linked to an empathetic appreciation of other religious worldviews. In addition philosophical issues about the body, gender and identity are contextualized within the study of teachings and practices within a range of religious traditions.
