- Grade12 English
- Grade11 Foundations for College Mathematics (MAP4C) or Grade11 Precalculus
Applicants must meet General College Admission Requirements. Applicants are also required to have Foundations of Math 11, Pre-Calculus 11 or the former Principles of Math 11/12 with a minimum of C (or equivalent).

Additional Admission Requirements: | Signed documentation of a Hearing Clinic tour or signed attendance at a Douglas College Information Session for the Hearing Instrument Practitioner Program, as well as a Criminal Record Check (CRC) are also required. Applicants may be required to attend a personal interview that will be used for the purposes of providing information and academic counseling. |
