Our Master of Education, Counselling and Psychotherapy, is a course-based professional development program providing the theoretical and practical skillsets for licensure as a registered psychotherapist in a variety of settings, such as non-profit agencies, post-secondary schools, mental health centres and private practice.

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. An appropriate bachelor’s degree. This is typically a 4 year (20 full-year course equivalent) program, of any background or discipline, with a grade equivalent to a University of Toronto B+ or better in the final year, from a recognized university.
