- An undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited university;
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 grade scale
- International applicants must be qualified for university or college admission in their home countries and transcripts must show superior performance on the basis of the country's grading scheme
- If your degree was completed outside of North America, you may have your degree evaluated by World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Services of Canada (ICAS). Those reports can be sent directly to UFred or you can have them notarized by a lawyer.

Application Notes : | To determine English proficiency, an applicant may be asked to submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) the International English Language Testing system (IELTS) score: an applicant must achieve a score of 88 or better on the TOEFL test (213 for the computer-based test), a score of 6.5 on the IELTS, with no band below 6, or 70 on the CAEL, with no part below 60. |
