Integrated pharmaceutical medicine is the scientific discipline concerned with the discovery, development, formulation, delivery, pharmacologic and toxicologic evaluation, registration and scientific monitoring of drug entities for the benefit of public health.

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in the majors of chemistry, biochemistry or any of the biological sciences, or a combination of majors such as for a pre-pharmacy or pre-medicine baccalaureate Have at least a 3.0 in previous undergraduate coursework (Students with a 3.4 GPA or above will be given preferential consideration for admission) Students are recommended, though not required, to have taken a full series of biology, chemistry and physics with lab; college writing, genetics, cell biology, biochemistry, statistics, calculus, analytical chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology or biotechnology Be a U.S citizen/U.S. permanent resident (latter must submit documentation of status during application process) or have a J-1 Visa (link for J-1 Visa eligibility requirements) |
