The Help Desk Support Analyst Diploma program provides students with the skills and knowledge to support users of computer systems and software applications. The student will be provided with in-depth knowledge on evaluating, configuring, and troubleshooting communications hardware, software, and operating systems. The program prepares students for the following industry certification exams: CompTIA A+, and MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7.
