The Levene MSc in Organizational Studies is a 33 credit hour program that equips students with advanced research skills and extensive knowledge in a specialized area of business administration. The target audience for the MSc in Organizational Studies is primarily students who recently completed their undergraduate education and who have a strong interest in a research-focused career in business. Applicants are normally required to have completed a four-year undergraduate degree with an acceptable grade point average equivalent to Canadian 80%. Applicants are normally required to have successfully completed (with a minimum grade of 70%) the following undergraduate courses (or their equivalents) within five years of applying: BUS 260 (Introduction to Organizational Behavior) or PSYC 220 (Social Psychology), STAT 200 or STAT 160 (Introductory Statistics), and an upper year advanced statistics and/or research methods course (e.g., PSYC 405, BUS 413, STAT 354, SOC 404, etc.).
