Robotics is 'one of the UK's eight great technologies', as identified by the UK Government. On this course, you have the opportunity to develop specific expertise in robotics alongside skills in mechanical engineering.
You’ll study in our £12-million Future Technologies Labs, dedicated to teaching and research in computing, robotics, electronics and mechatronics. As a graduate, you’ll be ideally placed to develop or apply systems for robotics, automation, smart systems with autonomous capability, or ubiquitous and wearable computing. |
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. Applicants are required to have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) 70%-75% from 6 grade 12 U, U/C or M courses..
We also recognise the High School Diploma from other provinces -including Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick- where we look for strong performance in grade 12 subjects, and the Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales (DEC) from Quebec.
Evidence of existing academic ability at a high level in Mathematics is essential. |
