Financial analyst is one of the fastest growing occupations in the country, expected to grow by 11 percent from 2016 to 2026.
At ONU, you’ll receive a solid foundation in the principles of finance. You’ll explore topics like the time value of money, the tradeoff between risk and return, capital budgeting, working capital management, the cost of capital, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, derivatives, and more. To become even more marketable, you have the option of adding a minor or becoming a double major.
With our small class sizes, you’ll get to know your professors, and they will get to know you. In fact, you’ll be assigned a faculty advisor who will mentor you from day one until graduation. You’ll also interact with and learn from business leaders, entrepreneurs and ONU alumni who’ve forged amazing careers in finance fields. All these people will open doors for you. |
