DescriptionYou want to be an advocate for positive change in the face of family breakdowns, mental illness, gang violence and crisis situations. If you are looking for a career that allows you to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and communities who most need positive change, Tyndale’s Bachelor of Arts in Human Services – Social Service Work concentration will lead you into a career with meaning.

Earn both a college diploma and a university degree in just four years through Tyndale’s partnership with Seneca College. The combination of your degree and diploma will give you both the theoretical foundation and practical knowledge employers are looking for. You will complete an internship and work closely with professors who are experts in their field. They will train you to apply your classroom learning to real-life situations so you can help clients overcome personal obstacles. Through the Seneca SSW Accelerated Diploma component of the program, students may be eligible to become licensed SSW candidates regulated by the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers subject to the independent criteria of the OCSWSSW regulatory body.
