Consolidated Fluid Power (CFP Limited) is the only, non-product affiliated, private trade school in Canada that provides training solely in hydraulics. Located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with partner locations in Burlington, ON and Seal Cove, NL our facilities are fully equipped to provide the optimum "hands-on" learning environment. We also provide training on-site anywhere in North America in the form of standard and customized courses.

CFP’s training programs have been specially developed to provide an intensive and productive learning experience. We have two streams of training: one week standard and customized training or our unique fourteen week, Comprehensive Hydraulic Training (CHT) Program.

There is no on-campus housing available.

Job opportunities exist in many industries and CFP Limited graduates have obtained employment in various areas of hydraulics, including sales, service, installation, maintenance troubleshooting and repair.

We have recently completed construction on the next generation of training tables that will eventually equip our training facilities in Burlington, Ontario and the College of the North Atlantic, Seal Cove Campus near St John's NF. These tables can also be customized to suit the requirements of customers who require fluid power training equipment.

We are associated with the Canadian Fluid Power Association, the National Association of Career Colleges, the Fluid Power Society and Hydraulics QED.
