Workshop by IE Professor Ingo Rauth (Afternoon Session) 1:30pm to 3:30pm

Professor Ingo Rauth will facilitate a workshop on Designing Your Perfect Morning.

According to popular belief, your morning determines your day. The media is full of ideas on how you should go about your morning. Meditation, exercise, healthy food are amongst the most common suggestions. Who does all that? Most people don’t, because it is hard to change something that you have done every day for the last couple of years. But, wouldn’t it be great to be able to change one thing about your morning? This hands-on session introduces you in a way that helps you to design your habits. Even beyond your morning, this class teaches you what it will take to shape your habits over time.
