Description:

The School of Business and Public Administration (SOBPA) emphasizes a unique First Nations perspective in the fields of business management and public administration. Along with developing the skills necessary to work within the public and private sectors, the faculty ensures students have the most appropriate skills and experience to thrive in a world filled with ever-growing diversity.

The curriculum offers a balance between theory, conceptual thinking and practical technical knowledge. Indigenous content is incorporated into each of SOBPA’s programs.

  •  Grade12 Mathematics  or  Grade12 Foundations for College Mathematics (MAP4C)  or  Grade12 Precalculus 
  •  Grade12 Humanities  or  Grade12 Social Science  or  Grade12 International Languages 
Applicants are required to have English Language Arts A30 and B30; one of Foundations of Mathematics 30 or Pre-Calculus 30 or Math B30; one 30-level language, social science, or fine arts course chosen from Arts Education 30, Christian Ethics 30, Cree 30, Drama 30, Economics 30, French 30, Geography 30, German 30, History 30, Latin 30, Law 30, Mandarin 30, Music 30, Native Studies 30, Psychology 30, Saulteaux 30, Social Studies 30, Spanish 30, Ukrainian 30, Ukrainian Language Arts 30, Visual Arts 30; and one additional 30-level course from the list above or one of Biology 30, Calculus 30, Chemistry 30, Computer Science 30, Foundations of Mathematics 30, Geology 30, Math A30, Math C30, Pre-Calculus 30 or Physics 30.
