This certificate provides basic skills in the major areas of personnel administration, human resources planning, job analysis, interviewing, compensation and benefits, personnel testing, performance appraisal, industrial relations and collective bargaining.
The college has worked closely with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program. The HRPA will grant credits towards the academic requirements of the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). |

Applicants to the program must hold an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (O.S.S.D.) or the equivalent or must qualify for mature student status (19 years of age or older). |
