University of New Brunswick Saint John's B.B.A. students who major in Human Resource Management learn about the personal–and personnel–side of business. Our graduates are well-prepared for human resource positions in both private and public sector organizations, where they become involved with people-related aspects of the workplace such as: job satisfaction, employee and employer rights, workplace deviance, the positive and negative impacts and implications of unions, employee compensation, and the importance of recruitment, selection, and training of new employees. |
