The Fanshawe Business - Human Resources program is about finding the value in people. You'll learn business basics first - accounting, marketing and computer applications. With this HR training, you'll study labour relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment and training. In your last semester, in-class students will be mentored by people in the industry, in real HR departments. You'll make connections - networking with your classmates, professors and other HR professionals. Upon completion, you'll have developed an HR-specific career portfolio - diverse, for the dynamic HR world. |
