Our Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics is focused on four areas: financial mathematics, mathematical modelling, statistics and data science, and pure mathematics (in particular, graph theory, Lie algebras and symplectic geometry). - A four-year (honours) undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or a related field that includes courses in advanced calculus, probability and statistics, and algebra.
- A minimum B+ average in your final year of undergraduate study and a cumulative B+ average in all mathematics and statistics courses.
- Applications are reviewed by the graduate program committee, which considers all prior university grades, a statement of your research interests, a writing sample and letters of reference.
