Requirements for International Students

General Admission Requirements for Master's Programs:
- Four-year (honours) bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an approved university.
- Minimum of second-class honours, or B standing, or equivalent.

General Admission Requirements for Doctoral Programs:
- Master's degree from a recognized university.
- A- average in all graduate work.

Proficiency in English
English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential for pursuing graduate studies at Laurier. If your undergraduate degree was taught in a language other than English, you must provide evidence of English proficiency prior to admission.

Procedure for International Students

All graduate program applications are submitted through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). Review the graduate admission toolkit for the full admission process.
