The purpose of the programs is to prepare individuals to enter the Criminal Justice field, to prepare future leaders for communities, and/or to enhance the professionalism and proficiency of current justice employees. The development of critical thinking skills, technical skills, communication skills, and the ability to conceptualize ideas are the primary objectives of each Criminal Justice program. |

Criminal Justice Professional Certificate Program at Columbia College or its equivalent from a recognized institution. A Current Police Information Check (PIC) with Vulnerable Sector Search is also required. |
