You can use Academic Upgrading courses as prerequisites to other college courses, or to obtain Adult Basic Education (ABE) certificates β Fundamental, Intermediate, or Advanced. You can also use them to gain a BC Adult Graduation Diploma (formerly known as an Adult Dogwood). |
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. To take CCP, you must be at least 18 years old. To make sure you start at the right level, you must take an assessment test that covers English, math, and science. The test just provides information on which skills you need to refresh or learn β itβs not a pass/fail test. |
