If you currently work or volunteer in health and social care and want to enhance your practice and career prospects, this is your opportunity to extend your skills and knowledge within your speciality area. You will normally have a diploma in higher education (or equivalent via recognition for prior learning) and want to 'top up' to an honours degree. You will learn to respond appropriately to changing local, national and political drivers. You will also understand the power of reflecting upon your professional practice, allowing you to make a difference in your role straightaway. |
