Helping people achieve their potential is one of the most satisfying parts of being a sports coach. As well as improving an athlete's performance, sports coaching can also aid youth development and benefit wider society. This course will give you a real insight into the powerful impact coaching can have on people of all physical abilities. Along with understanding an athlete's psychological and physiological attributes, you will acquire the leadership, communication and reflective skills needed to become a successful coach in a subject-specific area or in multiple sports. |

- General High School Diploma with five subjects required and a Grade of 70% or above.

- Quebec Diplome d Etudes Collegiales with a Grade of 70% or above
