Description:

People are the most important asset in any organisation and it is increasingly important for businesses to understand and effectively manage their employees to succeed in a competitive, global economy.

Combining the study of people management with that of other aspects of business and management, such as finance, marketing and strategy, provides students with a comprehensive understanding of how businesses function, the role of managers and how people contribute to business success. This degree provides the essential knowledge and skills to prepare you for a successful career in HR or any other area of business.

You are strongly encouraged to undertake a 40-week paid work placement relevant to your degree supported by our placement team. This is a hugely valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop key skills, earn some money and increase your employability on graduation.
