Our BA (Hons) Drama with Creative Writing will give you a firm foundation in all aspects of theatre making, with a specialist emphasis on creative writing. The course includes a practical focus on contemporary writers across many types of writing: plays, screenplays, fiction, poetry. You will look at the connections between performance, philosophy, psychology and historical context.
Our graduates emerge as mature, confident individuals with excellent communication skills, ideally placed for a career in the creative industries. Drama with Creative Writing is based on Bristol's historic waterfront at the Arnolfini. Situated above this internationally renowned centre for contemporary art you will be at the heart of Bristol's creative and cultural community, with access to UWE Bristol's City Campus and all it has to offer. |
