Electronic engineers play a vital role in the design, development, distribution and eventual recycling of numerous everyday products. As a result, qualified electrical and electronic engineers are in demand.
This course is developed alongside the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and major partner employers. This means that you will graduate with the skills and knowledge to go into a successful career in this dynamic sector.
You will study digital and analogue electronics, mathematics and computer programming, and the application of electronics in a range of environments. As you progress, you will examine signal processing, micro-controllers, communications, control systems and digital hardware design. Alongside, you will develop professional skills in project planning, group work and communication. |
