The Social Sciences explore social phenomena, groups, and institutions across time and space from a variety of theoretical and applied perspectives. At UCN, the Social Sciences encompass traditional academic disciplines such as Anthropology, Geography, and Sociology, as well as interdisciplinary fields that overlap with the Humanities and Aboriginal & Northern Studies, including Global Studies, Post-Colonial Studies, and Social, Cultural, & Political Thought.
