Are you looking to work in Human Resource Management (HRM) within a multinational company or transnational organisation? This course covers five core activities of HRM – training and development, recruitment and selection, performance management, rewards, and employee relations – with deep awareness of cultural sensitivity and what it takes to be effective in the international arena.
The course is aligned with the academic requirements of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). On completion of certain elements you’ll have achieved the equivalent of the CIPD Advanced Diploma, allowing you to apply for an appropriate level of professional CIPD membership. We welcome new graduates of any discipline, as well as applicants who already have significant work experience. We’ll develop you as a leader and manager who can add value to organisations’ most important resource, which is their people. |
