If you don't have the usual scientific or mathematical background for an engineering degree, a foundation year is for you. After completing the foundation, you'll proceed to the four-year MEng degree.
We'll give you a solid grounding in the science of materials and show you how to apply your knowledge to problems in the real world. You'll learn how to tailor the structure, composition and processing of materials to meet design requirements. |

Applicants are required to have an average of 80% in six grade 12 U, U/C or M courses. Native languages are not acceptable for this course.
