Description:

The course is designed to align to the standards for the food industry technical professional recently developed by industry and academic representatives to provide trained technical food professionals to support the continued growth of the food industry. You will gain an understanding in associated technological developments and its requirement for food quality, safety and security within the global supply chain.

This course offers apprentices the opportunity to develop skills in product design, food processing, hygiene and management.
