The following documents must accompany the application form: proof of Grade 12 completion or equivalent and transcript (or interim transcript) showing grade achievement as per entrance requirements, a medical certificate showing a Transport Canada Category 1 Medical, and a non-refundable cheque or money order for the $75.00 application fee payable to Coastal Pacific Aviation.

Fill out both: (both can be obtained on line) the UCFV application form and the Coastal Pacific application form. Then, qualified applicants will be interviewed by Coastal Pacific during April or May for the September two year program enrolment, or September or October for the January one year program enrolment. After evaluations have been made, interviewed candidates will receive a letter stating the results. Candidates being offered a seat will receive a confirming letter outlining registration details, starting dates, aviation supplies required and an enrolment agreement. Prior to acceptance the candidate may be required to provide proof of financial ability to pay for educational expenses.
