Copy of Latest High School Transcript and Diploma (ICPL Only). b. Resume (Flight Instructor Course Only). c. Copy of Aviation Medical (All Courses). 3) Submit enclosed Application or complete and submit the on-line application located at our website, www.gft.ca 4) Please submit your $50 Application fee to GFT via check, money order, credit card or in person. 5) You will be notified that your application has been received and if any additional information or supporting documents is required. 6) Your application, documents, and supporting statements will be reviewed immediately following the admission deadline and an acceptance decision will then be made. 7) You will be notified of the acceptance decision by congratulatory letter. GFT requires that you send a $500.00 tuition deposit to reserve your seat. This deposit is refundable, minus a $50.00 administration fee, if we are informed in writing 21 days prior to the beginning of the semester. After this time there will be a $250.00 administration fee. 8) After tuition deposit has been received you will receive a receipt for the deposit, start date for orientation, information on accommodations If needed and a tuition schedule for first 12 months of the program.
