Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Any person wishing to apply to the program must complete an official application form and submit it to the College along with a non-refundable administration fee of $25.00. Application forms may be downloaded at www.nscece.ca/future-students/application-forms/. Applicants should submit the application form and fee to our office at 6208 Quinpool Road, 2nd Floor, Halifax, NS, B3L 1A3. Applicants must arrange to have transcripts of secondary school grades and any post-secondary studies sent directly to NSCECE by the institutions where they have studied.
