1. Contact ELTC by postal mail, e-mail, fax, or through our Web site. 2. Receive ELTC information package and choose the course you would like to take. 4. Check with the Canadian Embassy if you require a study permit (student visa). 5. Send in the registration form by postal mail, e-mail, fax, or through our Web site. 6. Send in tuition fees by bank transfer*. 7. Receive the letter of acceptance. 8. Apply for a study permit at the Canadian Embassy (if required). *We also accept bank draft, postal money order, and credit cards.
