Students are required to complete a placement test on orientation day to determine the level of English proficiency. Minimum age: 17

Students are required to fill out the Global Village English Centres registration form. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and registration should be received at least four weeks prior to the starting date. You will be invoiced upon receipt of registration information. A deposit is required to issue a letter of acceptance, please contact our school directly for exact amount. Full payment is required on or before the first day of classes. Requirements vary from school to school. Please contact us for more information. Letter of Acceptance Letters of acceptance will be issued upon receipt of the completed registration form and a deposit. The letter of acceptance will reflect exactly the period indicated on the student's registration. Students should prepay all tuition fees when applying for a student visa as proof of payment usually speeds up the application process with immigration authorities. Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, money order, or bank draft. Refunds Students must check our schools refund policies. To be considered for a refund, a student must submit a written notice of withdrawal to the school. The date of receipt of the written notice will determine the amount, if any, to be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the notice. Medical Insurance Medical Insurance must be obtained before arrival. Students who cannot show proof of valid Medical Insurance will be required to purchase Medical Insurance provided by the school prior to attending classes.
