Requirements for Canadian Students

To register in courses in the University of Toronto English Language Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have some very basic understanding of English. ELP courses are not suitable for complete beginners in English. Some courses require you to be at an intermediate level of English facility or to have professional experience. The ELP reserves the right to deny entrance to students who do not fulfill these requirements.

3 ways to register: 1. Register online using a credit card (the fastest and easiest way). 2. Download and complete the application form, enclose the required fees, and mail or fax your application to the English Language Program. 3. Register in person at our Program Office. An Official Receipt and a Letter of Acceptance will be issued upon full payment of course(s).
