Trinity attempts to provide financial support for students who need it, so that they may have time to study. All students are eligible to apply for need-based bursaries. Doctoral students are also eligible for junior fellowships that are given out on a competitive basis and for teaching assistantships. For more information on Trinity’s financial support speak to the Dean.
There are up to five doctoral fellowship packages awarded each year valued at at least $10,000. These fellowship packages are renewable for up to four years of study, provided the winner makes normal progress towards the doctorate. Other doctoral students are eligible for bursaries up to the value of 86% of domestic tuition.
Basic degree students are eligible for bursaries up the value of 86% of domestic tuition. As of September 2013, students in the Master of Divinity program who are considering seriously ordination in the Anglican Church of Canada may be eligible for bursary support up to the value of 100% of domestic tuition.
