It is the purpose of the Alberni School of Cosmetology to assist students to develop the knowledge, skills and professional behavior to become effective hairstylists, estheticians and nail technicians. As we limit the size of our classes, students are able to receive more one on one instruction. We will take no more than 10 Esthetic/Nail Students and 11 Hairdressing students at one time. There is one full time Esthetic Instructor, one full time Hairdressing instructor as well as the two owners who are licensed and highly experienced Cosmetologists to assist in the instruction.

Our hairdressing instructor is also a Certified Master Colorist who brings her expertise to in-depth instruction on Color and Color Correction. Our Esthetics Program Head spent some time as a National Educator for a skin care line out of New York and is now a Provincial Educator for that same line. She brings with her the expertise she gained from her New York training to the students in their education on facials and skin care. Our students are well prepared for their journey into the Beauty Industry upon graduation.
