The Hair Art Academy was founded in 1994 by salon owner Elke Tobisch Ross who wished to ensure that hairstyling students received a thorough grounding in the field under the teaching of industry professionals.

The course of study provided aims to leave students with the opportunity to work as stylists and colour techs out of their own homes, in a salon, in the movie industry, or on board cruise ships.

All applicants will be invited to an orientation evening prior to commencement of their program. The purpose of the orientation is to outline the program offered and to acquaint the prospective student with the atmosphere, mission statement, and rules and regulations of the school.

Hair Art Academy prepares students for a fulfilling career in the beauty industry. Our 39 Week Diploma course is the proven route to becoming a fully qualified hair professional. Our program is divided into six stages. The first five stages each last seven weeks. The last stage lasts four weeks. It all adds up to complete learning experience and the best possible preparation for an exciting and productive career.
